EXECUTIVE PROFILES
Bruce Bales is President & CEO of ArdaCOM and has overall responsibility for operations, customer service, engineering, sales and marketing. Bales leads a successful executive team committed to driving innovation, increasing network value, and empowering operators to realize new revenue from the deployment of ArdaCOM's unique vendor-independent software solutions.
Prior to founding Ardacom, Bales was President of the messaging business at Glenayre Technologies (NASDAQ:GEMS). Under his leadership, Glenayre experienced rapid international growth and a dramatic business turnaround.
Bales' experience in the telecommunications and messaging industry spans over twenty eight years and includes technical and business leadership positions with the Octel messaging division of Lucent Technologies, AT&T's Bell Laboratories and Strategic Alliance WorkGroup, a high-tech sales and marketing firm.
Bales graduated from Kansas State University with a double major in Math and Computer Science. He has been granted 36 U.S. Patents for his innovative concepts and has spoken at numerous industry conferences and seminars.

Dwayne Barrs is VP Product Development of ArdaCOM and has overall responsibility for new product strategy and development. Barrs leads a team of engineers committed to delivering custom software solutions and focused turnkey application development designed to optimize network efficiency without the need for costly system upgrades or expansions.
Prior to becoming a founding member of ArdaCOM, Barrs served as Director of Software Development at Movius Corporation, formerly known as Glenayre Technologies. Barrs directed the activities of a team of 80 developers internationally and authored a software release management strategy resulting in significant advancements in product performance and availability.
Barrs' experience in the telecommunications and the messaging industry spans over 20 years and includes technical and business leadership positions with Movius Corporation, Glenayre Technologies and CNET.
Barrs' graduated from Bethune-Cookman College with a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Vicki Skeen is VP Customer Support & Operations of ArdaCOM and has overall responsibility for customer service and operations. Skeen leads talented teams of professionals experienced in multi-vendor, multi-technology environments and committed to seamlessly delivering ArdaCOM software solutions to operators. Skeen reports directly to the President and CEO and is responsible for end-to-end customer support from initial order through deployment spanning customer order management, procurement, logistics, technology introduction, and support and installation. She is in charge of ensuring world-class results in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Prior to becoming a founding member of ArdaCOM, Skeen was Director of Service Account Management at SpinVox Ltd., a U.K.-based voice-to-content company. Under her leadership, SpinVox achieved its first Tier 1 North American carrier deployment.
Skeen's experience in the telecommunications and messaging industry spans over 14 years and includes technical and business leadership positions with SpinVox Ltd. and Glenayre Technologies, now known as Movius Corporation.
Skeen graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Business Administration.
